This is a patently biased list given this is one of the only entries so far. Grey's been labouring in creating this site what with the sheer repetition in implementing the way the navbar is formatted. I like it and its clear sense of purpose, may their construction go well!
I've been obsessed with this site recently. It's full to the brim with Utena-related goodies and it just looks good.
